ROI based approach with lesion
Dear Chris,
I´ve already a related post that went unanswered, sorry if my formulation was too long, I´ll try to simplify.
My analysis is a ROI-based VLSM. Is the statistical model a linear regression with Y=percent of ROI damage for each patient and X=behavioural score?
If I correct for nuisance covariates with the Freedman-Lane Permutation -2000, is it running multiple independent regressions instead of including the nuisance variable in a single linear regression?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Best,
Noelia
