How to convert DCM of 2 directions to 1 NII?
Hi Dear,
I have MRI DCM data of a patient. Axial scan and sagittal scan at the same time. I want to place all data into 1 NII so that the pictures can be clear and accurate. How can I do so?
I appreciate your help.

NIfTI requires that all slices in a 3D volume are co-planar.
Therefore, you can not directly combine these. In theory, you could
use a tool like SPM to realign the images and create an average
image with higher SNR than either of the inputs. In reality, with
only two volumes with very different field-of-view and angulation
the results are unlikely to be great. This question is beyond the
scope of this forum.
