Hi,
I´m working with brains with lesions. I would like to have all the lesions from all subjects on the same side of the brain. I wonder if it is possible to turn some of the brain scans around in micron, or if any other software is suggested?

Draw/Advanced/LRflip - you may want to do this prior to spatial
normalization if you have an asymmetric template.
