One-sided contrast in the gPPI setting
Dear experts:
I have question on if it makes sense to do a contrast only using one PPI regressor. For example, a task have 2 conditions as c1 and c2. Can I know the effect of c1 by setting P.Contrasts(1).left={'c1'} P.Contrasts(1).right={'none'}'? If not, what is the meaning of the contrast?
