Dear all,

I am trying to run a preprocessing job in conn, using 'Spin Echo' files as primary functional images, and Anterior-Posterior(AP) and Posterior-Anterior(PA) resting-state files as the secondary dataset. All are .nii files. When attempting to do preprocessing, using the indirect normalization (with fieldmap) step, the error that I consistently get is "type of fieldmap sequence files could not be determined from number of available files". I do not understand why I'm getting this error, as I reasoned having a 1:1 ratio between functional files and fieldmap files would be sensible.
