Unthresholded raw group maps
Dear Joaquim,
I am trying to run this with unthresholded raw group maps, but it keeps saying error. Is there something special about the table I need to change? The manual says you must put in a value for t_thr, but these are not thresholded...
Thanks
Rob

RE: Unthresholded raw group maps
Hello Rob,
Could you please provide a bit more information about the error? What does the software say?
Best,
Anton

RE: Unthresholded raw group maps
Hi Anton,
I have already emailed Joaquim, but it basically doesn't like original unthresholded group t-maps. I have left NA for t_thr in the table. Please see attached log...
Thanks!

RE: Unthresholded raw group maps
Hi Robin,
Let me reply you also here so others can benefit if they have the same issues.
You have one error on your computation, and multiple instances of a warning.
The error is in the threshold command (where it shows the options for imgcalc). That seems to be due to the spaces present in the path of the data folder. Using a path without space characters on it (ie. renaming the data folder) should be a workaround.
The warnings are referring to the fact that you didn't specify a t_thr and sdm is estimating it. Sdm does that even if you have the statistical map for the study and, therefore, it won't use the estimated t_thr. In this cases, that warning is meaningless. It is a bit confusing, indeed. We shall correct it or at least clarify the warning in the future.
Best, thanks,
Anton
