Cannot load rest fmri data from HCP
Hello,
I'm new to fmri data analysis. I'm trying to load the 4 resting state fmri images into the conn tool box. (the file rfMRI_REST1_LR_Atlas_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii, rfMRI_REST1_RL_Atlas_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii, rfMRI_REST2_LR_Atlas_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii, and rfMRI_REST2_RL_Atlas_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii
I understand you don't need to concatenate them you can enter them as different sessions. When I load each file, I don't believe CONN toolbox is reading it. The image is blank (white) when I load the files.
Does anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Hi Laura,
Try loading the rfMRI_REST1_LR_hp2000_clean.nii.gz data instead and let me know if you still run into any issues. Also see the function conn_batch_humanconnectomeproject.m if you want to script/automate the process of importing/analyzing your HCP data
Best
Alfonso

Hi,
Did you find a solution to this?
I think the problem may lie with them being dtseries.nii files?? But I'm not entirely sure!
All the best,
Lawrence
