Different NPM and NiiStat results with same parameters
Hello,

i am in the process of moving from NPM to NiiStat.
However I am experiencing serious problems with the results.
Basically with the exact same set of data, with the exact same parameters, the two softwares give completely different results.
With NPM I get significant VLSM results, while nothing comes out with NiiStat.
And that is, once again, with the exact same set of data and parameters.
How is this possible?
Comparing the two outputs I found the following differences:
NPM:Total voxels = 585390
NiiStat: 517845 voxels (i.e. almost 80000 voxels less)
NPM: "Voxels damaged in at least 6 individuals = 80424"
NiiStat: "49012 of 517845 voxels (9.46461%) show signal in at least 6 participants" (i.e. almost 30000 voxels less)
All other parameters overlap (apart of course the results)
Why does this happen? Which should I trust?
Thanks in advance
Fabio
