correspondence between NKI.1-39.phenotypic.csv and participants.tsv
Hi NITRC, I've a question about how to relate old data set to
updated data set.
I analyzed old data set years ago, referring to NKI.1-39.phenotypic.csv. Now I want to include more subjects.
My question is:
The participant IDs in NKI.1-39.phenotypic.csv and participants.tsv look very different.
How can I determine the correspondence between the two files. I hope that I do not have to re-analyze the subjects that I've already analyzed before.
Or is there any cutoff in participants.tsv so that the participant ID larger than some number indicates new subjects and lower than that number indicates old subjects (registered in NKI.1-39.phenotypic.csv)?
Thanks for you help in advance, Jimmy ~
