Method for neuron tracing
Hi,
I was wondering which method is used to trace a neurite between two markers. More precisely, when trace a neurite between two markers using 'Label as starting pos for tracing/measuring' and 'trace from the start pos ...', what does Vaa3D do? I would like to better understand the method behinds. Would you have a reference to one or several papers?
Thanks,
Sarah

Use the GD method.
see this paper for detail
