Two independant colormaps for two sets of nodes in the same image?
Hi,
Congratulations on such an effective toolbox - i find it so useful.
One thing that I am stuck on is how to present two sets of nodes at the same time. Fort example, I wish to present nodes that correlate with one variable, and nodes that correlate with another variable in the same image, and I want to have the two variables represented by different color maps.
Is there anyway to implement this? I am using version 1.6 on windows.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Matt

Hi Matt,
Thanks for using BrainNet Viewer.
Currently, BNV doesn't support to load two color maps. However, an alternative way is two set the nodal color values in positive and negative axis corresponding to your two variables, respectively. Then, input a custom color map that half of it represents the positive value and the other half for the negative values.

Best,
