Issue downloading ABIDE in BIDS format from aws
When trying to download ABIDE data from aws, the two following
files are empty:
https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/data/Projects/ABIDE/RawDataBIDS/Pitt/sub-0050049/anat/sub-0050049_T1w.nii.gz
https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/data/Projects/ABIDE/RawDataBIDS/OHSU/sub-0050170/func/sub-0050170_task-rest_run-1_bold.nii.gz
I was able to download them in non BIDS format.
https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/data/Projects/ABIDE/RawDataBIDS/Pitt/sub-0050049/anat/sub-0050049_T1w.nii.gz
https://fcp-indi.s3.amazonaws.com/data/Projects/ABIDE/RawDataBIDS/OHSU/sub-0050170/func/sub-0050170_task-rest_run-1_bold.nii.gz
