RRC matrix visualization
Hello
First of all, thank you for the great updates to CONN toolbox (19b). I wanted to know if there are any instructions as to how to recreate the following attached image in the CONN toolbox (taken from page 36 of CONN toolbox handbook). Is this done in the results explorer tab using the GUI? I am running a t-test between APOE4 carriers and non carriers and had hoped to create a similar image using the toolbox.
Thank you in advance for your help
Best

RE: RRC matrix visualization
Hi Joey,
Yes, that figure was done using the ROI-to-ROI results explorer GUI. I will upload soon a fully-patched version of 19b to fix these issues, but in the meantime see the options/patch in the following thread https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?... in order to get the "graph-options" menubar visible, and then look for the option there that reads "display connectivity matrix" (you probably also want to play with the results thresholds depending on whether you want to display the entire matrix or just the portions containing significant effects)
Best
Alfonso
