conn 19c: select seed ROIs for second level analysis
Dear Alfonso,
I recently changed to CONN 19c (thanks for this!) but I cannot find how to select my seed ROIs in gPPI ROI-ROI or simply ROI-ROI for the 2nd level analysis.
I recall that in CONN 18a I could select my seed ROIs (and my target ROIs) in the Results explorer window and the stats were adjusting on the number of seeds I was selecting.
Is this option still somewhere?

Dear Konstantina,
In the ROI-to-ROI "results explorer" window, clicking on the "Analysis of # connections among # ROIs" button will allow you to select a subset of ROIs, and all stats/analyses will be adjusted to the number of seeds/ROIs selected there
