ROI mask not found
Hi all,
I'm attempting to use an ROI mask for my analysis.
In the preprocessing stage I'm using the command pp gray_matter,1,20,ROI
Name of the ROI mask= mask_ROI.nii.gz and is located within the share folder.
When I run the command, the following is displayed in the execution log:
WARNING: Copy: source file 'D:\SdmPsiGui-win64-v6.21\bin\windows64\..\..\/share/mask_ROI_2mm.nii.gz' not found.
The program will close as this problem could cause fatal errors
Please advise as to where I'm going wrong.
Best wishes,
Brandon
EDIT:
I specified the voxel size in the name of the mask making it to mask_ROI_2mm.nii and this solved the issue
Also, although the mask is zipped, the .gz extension is not present in the file name
