P value of non-significant results
Hello,
does anyone know how to find the p values for non-significant 2nd-level results?
I need to report this in a manuscript.
Thanks,
Amy

RE: P value of non-significant results
Hi Amy,
Simply changing the default cluster-level threshold p-value from 0.05 to 1 (keeping the same voxel-level height threshold, if applicable) will show you all clusters (significant or not).
note: if you are using the latest release, switching first to "advanced FWEC settings" will open-up the option to select the individual threshold values.
Best
Alfonso
