Considering mean and maximum motion
Dear Expert,

I need your help for removal of a subject, particularly sub-11. Maximum motion shows 9.2 where as mean motion is within the 3rd Q + 1.5 IQR and and 1st Q + 1.5 IQR. Please have a look on the image and let know your suggestions.

Thanks
Ramesh

RE: Considering mean and maximum motion
Dear Ramesh,

S11 is perhaps fine since the outlier value is shown in maximum-motion (but not in average-motion), I would suggest to check that those timepoints when this subject moves a lot are actually being correctly identified as outliers by the 'scrubbing' covariate, for example by looking at the QA plot labeled "QA artifacts: BOLD GS changes and subject motion timeseries with functional movie", and if that looks fine then I would probably recommend not to remove this subject.

Best
Alfonso
