Conjunction analysis in CONN
Dear CONN,
I have one group, 4 conditions and I am performing a ROI-ROI analysis.
I want to perform a conjunction analysis: to find those common connections that remain significant in A>D AND C>D (not the ones that are stronger in A>D than C>D).
In the second-level, I selected my group (subject effects) and the three conditions A, C and D (Conditions) and I set [1 0 -1; 0 1 -1] in the between-conditions contrast. Is this the correct way to perform conjunction?
Any help would be very much appreciated!
