Surface rendering and image stacks to z project
Dear community.
Do any of you know how to get a complete picture from the individual stacks (z slices) and manage to do the surface rendering of the structures?
If someone knows how to flip an image vertically, an answer would also be very helpful.
Thanks in advance,
lw

RE: Surface rendering and image stacks to z project
For surface rendering, please check
the Nature Protocol paper, - there is a step-by-step guide how to
generate surface objects. The software supports more functions
indicated by various menus, in the 3D viewer.
