MVPAy output
Hello,
I run a MVPA comparing two groups of Parkinson's disease patients (group 1 = 20; group 2 =18) with three covariates. The uncorrected analysis showed a higher connectivity between the right and left insulae in the group 2. Using the results explorer it is possible to see a bar graph displaying the average and standard error for each group.
I would like to have access to these values so I can correlate with the behavioral values. However, I didn't understand the MVPA values in the ROI.mat file (attached).
In the field MVPAy there are 4 columns of values for each individual. Could you help me understand these values and which of them are appropriated to be used as a representation of connectivity strength (as shown in the bar graph)?
Thank you!
