Tissue segmentation atlas
Hi,
I just have a quick question about the tissue segmentation atlas provided in the "Documents" page: How was the tissue segmentation atlas created? Along these lines, is it necessary that the tissue segmentation atlas be in .mha format when inputted into Auto_EACSF?
Thanks,
Maddy

The tissue segmentation atlas does not need to be in mha format,
but I am not sure whether some additional manual modifications are
necessary if you use something other than the .mha format. The
atlas itself is a standard probablistic atlas with image and
probabilistic prior maps for your tissue classes (quite similar to
the segmentation in SPM).I just have a quick question about the tissue segmentation atlas provided in the "Documents" page: How was the tissue segmentation atlas created? Along these lines, is it necessary that the tissue segmentation atlas be in .mha format when inputted into Auto_EACSF?
