Ventral boundary
Hi,
In the 6mo-old and 1-year-old examples provided, there appears to be a ventral boundary (ACPC line) in the output. However, when we process images, we do not get that ventral cut-off of EA-CSF. Is this due to the fact that we provide a brainmask and thus Auto_EACSF skips over the steps where that boundary is generated?
Thanks!
Maddy

Hello,
Yes, it is the case.
If the brainmask is provided, it will skip it's generation and the cut off would be different.
Best,
