Changing ROI color in 3d display
Hi,
I am trying to create a ROI-to-ROI connectivity visualisation using the 3d display tool. The problem is that one of the ROIs appears as a black sphere while the other appears red (see attached image) - I believe this is because the black sphere is the one I have highlighted in the results explorer window (however I must highlight this one as I only want to show this single connection in the figure).
How can I set both ROIs as red? I have tried to manually set the ROI colors in the menu option by using RGB ([100 0 0] [100 0 0]), however this doesn't work.
Any thoughts?
