Hello,
    I am learning SDM by using your tutorial, I find I can't launch MRIcron or MRIcroGL when I complete mean analysis, to threshold and see the results, After I click the button [Threshold], select the map of TFCE-corrected values and click [OK], I find MRIcron didn't start, although I manually specify its location in the [Tools],it show a red "X" instead of a green  "✓".
    I also download MRIcroGL to try it, failed.

Mac OSX system

Hi Zhangmiao,

I'm afraid there's a bug on OSX for MRICron and it can't be launched externally. For the time being, we couldn't find the way to make it work.

You'll need to open the visualization tools manually.
