Following the advice of this link ''https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=14154'', I have tried to specify an activation map for my experiment in Conn. I have a 2x2 factorial design( so i specified 4 condition [A1B1,A2,B1,A1,B2,A2B2] as per standard factorial design). I remove all the confounds at the setup, and in the first level analysis, under sources, I select my 4 conditions plus my reallignment parameters, set the weighing to none and choosing multivariate regressions. After I hit DONE, I get 4 conditions, instead of the rest on specified at the mentioned thread. This results in 4 cconditions in the second level analysis and 4 seed/sources + reallignment regressors. I want to check for the main effects of my 2x2 design and the interaction. How should i go about doing it ?
