Sorry for the inconvenience,I can't open es-SDM after it report the application is not responding.

What's more,I restart my computer and download it again from the website, it still can't work. (you can see it in the attached file)

Hi，Just removing all your original data will solve this problem.

I ran into this problem. I believe what you need to do is open it using the superuser account or using the sudo command.
