Thank you once again for a great toolbox it has been really helpful...

I had a similar issue as mentioned by https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=13041 and I was able to display the 3D brain and its connections without any issue.


Similar to the above post, I have my own connectivity/correlation matrix with a set of ROIs and a MNI coordinates file.

I would like to filter my connections between regions only to a specific seed region of interest and other ROIs..
I do not under stand how to do it within my own script.
