Save multislice/mosaic representation from commandline
Hello,
is there any way to take advantage of the batch commands, and save the created representation from the commandline, and afterwords close mricron, so I can run it across a large dataset?

Many thanks!

RE: Save multislice/mosaic representation from commandline
You should upgrade to MRIcroGL. It has full Python scripting that you can run from the user interface or call from Matlab/bash scripts/Python, etc. The Scripting/Templates/mosaic menu item will run the following script and generate the attached image:

import gl
gl.resetdefaults()
#open background image
gl.loadimage('spm152')
#open overlay: show positive regions
gl.overlayload('spmMotor')
gl.minmax(1, 4, 4)
gl.opacity(1,50)
#open overlay: show negative regions
gl.overlayload('spmMotor')
gl.minmax(2, -4, -4)
gl.colorname (2,"3blue")
gl.mosaic("A L+ H -0.2 -24 -16 16 40; 48 56 S X R 0");
