I am a pre-doctoral student at the University of Santiago de Compostela. I am conducting a study of aging in the resting state. Specifically I am conducting Seed to Voxel and ICA analysis on my data. Since I am comparing young adults with older adults I am interested in the control of brain atrophy. I would like to know if there is any method for atrophy control that could be compatible with CONN toolbox. Is it possible that implementing DARTEL in the analyses will control atrophy?
