Is the number of ROIs for Harvard-Oxford atlas 110 or 111?
Hi, all.

According to the webpage (http://preprocessed-connectomes-project....), the number of ROIs for Harvard-Oxford atlas is 110(I have downloaded Labels of Harvard-Oxford atlas in this webpage, the number of Labels is 110). But When I downloaded the ABIDE Preprocessed data (CPAC pipeline), the number of ROI time series is 111. And I also found that the time series of the 83th ROI has all zero values for some subject, e.g., KKI_0050773_rois_ho (This file is enclosed as the attachment). Would you please give me some suggestions?

I find that the label of the time series of the 83th ROI  is '#3455', which is absent in the Harvard-Oxford atlas.  So Can  I only  use the other 110 time series for further analysis by excluding the time series labeled with Harvard-Oxford atlas?
