Dear all, 

Apologies in advance for the simplicity of this question - I'm new to CONN and Matlab and am wondering the following: 

Is it possible to run an analysis using the GUI, and for it to produce a batch script that can then be modified for subsequent analyses? I've been trying to write my own batch script but I'm running into multiple issues. I was hoping to be able to produce a 'template' batch script by running my analysis via the GUI that I could study/understand and ultimately modify as needed.
