Hello I am a new user that is struggling to start up:
1) I am using data from eLORETA file which is uses 84 BA not 82 how can I solve this issue
2)how can I create an edge unweighted file ?

Hi,
1) BrainNet Viewer can generate node file from your custom nii template, please try using BrainNet_GenCoord.m
2) many toolbox can create a connectivity matrix. For example, Gretna can construct functional connectivity matrix from fMRI data.
