Hi,

I just had a quick question: is there a recommended template and ventricle mask for older children or adults? We have been attempting to use the ICBM template as the registration atlas and ventricle template in conjunction with a ventricle mask derived from the ICBM template (this mask is attached to the post), but Auto_EACSF fails to remove the venticular CSF. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
