Hi all,

I have data from 4 different sites that I'm combining and analyzing, and have seen others use data harmonization to statistically control for site effects. Has anyone processed data in CONN and done this? My understanding is that I will need to obtain 1st-level connectivity values and run harmonization before moving to 2nd-level analyses, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Any ideas or suggestions?

What files would you recommend sending for harmonization?
