fMRI resting state on mouse brain
Dear CONN experts,
I want to do some resting state connectivity analysis on fMRI mouse brain and I am wondering if CONN toolbox could be used for that? has someone used CONN with fMRI mouse data before?
Any suggestion advice will be very welcome,
