If you are looking for MRI data collected from persons with Multiple Sclerosis, you might start with https://www.nitrc.org/projects/longitudinal_ms. There may be more recent datasets available elsewhere. I'm not sure what algorithm you want to improve, but these data were used in a lesion detection challenge.

But on the site, it's all csv files, not dcm or nft, seems like it's their research result?

I believe you have to create an account on their site to download the MRI datasets for the challenge.

Hi,
Did you check ISBI and MICCAI datasets? They are publicly available.

You can download the datasets from the about section of the Lesion Challenge https://smart-stats-tools.org/lesion-challenge-2015
These include nifti files for training and testing.
