May I resample the time series of fMRI?
Dear all.
I want to use the fMRI data from two different data site. I found the TRs of the two fMRI data are different (TR=2s and TR=3s respecttively). Can I resample the time series of fMRI so that I can have the data with same TR=2s? Thank you.
