role of "t_thr" ?
Dear experts,
When filling the SDM table, what is the role of "t_thr" (i.e. the threshold used by each study)? Will the coordinates corresponding to t < t_thr discarded from the following analyses?
Thank you,
Fab

RE: role of "t_thr" ?
Dear Fab,
The t_thr is need to know the range where values can be imputed. If you don't specify them, the SDM would choose a threshold corresponding to p=0.001, which is more conservative.
Kind regards,
Lydia
