CAT12 longitudinal segmentation results differences between OS?
Hi all,
I did a longitudinal segmentation on one subject (four scans total) in CAT12 1734.
And I found the mean cortical thickness for the baseline scan was different on data preprocessed on Linxus (2.51 mm) and MAC (2.50 mm).
Everything else seems to be consistent between these two versions of data, i.e. TIV is the same.
Any thought about where did the difference come from?
Thanks
