Download yields empty NITRC-multi-file-downloads.zip

Is this dataset still available? When attempting to download the files in the Downloads, I get an empty "NITRC-multi-file-downloads.zip" file but nothing else.

It looks like NITRC's multi-file download functionality is broken.
