checking parameters used during Setup
Hi all,
Is there a way to look back to see what smoothing kernel was used on data that you processed in CONN? I processed data a few months ago and am now trying to add subjects and want to make sure I use the same kernel and other parameters.
Thanks!
Alex

Hi Alex,
Yes, every project has an associated log which you can view either through the GUI (in Tools. Log History) or manually with any text editor in conn_*/logfile.txt, which will contain the details of your preprocessing steps (e.g. look for a 'fwhm' keyword there to find the choice of smoothing kernel size).
Best
Alfonso

Thanks, Alfonso! And what keywords would I look for to determine
what acquisition order I selected?
