SDM won't open (Linux or Mac)
Hello!

SDM won't start for me. the error on the terminal reads as

WARNING: ERROR. Wrong number of n1 subjects for study 2
.
The program will close as this problem could cause fatal errors.

Anyone knows a solution to this?

Thank you!

Dear Anastasiia,

It seems like there may be a problem in the column "n1" for study 2. Does this cell have a standard number (i.e., the sample size)?

With best wishes,

Joaquim

Dear Joaquim,

I have the same issue when opening a newly downloaded version of SDM on MacOS system. I have attached the execution log below.

Best wishes,
Zhaoying

Dear Zhaoying,

It seems that the sdm_table from the folder you are charging the meta-analysis doesn't contain the variable "n1". Please, just set the n1 column with the number of subjects per each study.

Kind regards,
Lydia
