Plotting results of resting-state fMRI based model onto a brain
Hi everyone,

I am trying to plot my connectome-based prediction model results ( I used Schaefer parcellations) onto a brain image. Until now I plotted them as a circular graph. I am using the MNI coords given in the info file of the Schaefer parcellation and the plotting function from nilearn in Python. For a sanity check, I am trying to plot a correlation matrix of one of the subjects. However, I did not get the nodes that I was expecting. I got a bunch of crowded nodes (attached figure) instead of nodes that cover all the brain. Is someone familiar with this?
Sincerely,
Liz
