DKI analysis.
Hello Dear fellows,
Hope everyone is doing good,
I am working on DKI data for the first time, I tried to analyze that data with DKE but it's showing an error. I found out that it's B-values are not in any sequence like in other studies I checked sequences are like 0 1000 2000 3000 1000 2000 3000. But in data i am having it's randomly coming like 0 1000 2000 1000 3000 2000 3000.
Then i tried to analyze as DTI (with same and different B-vactor files) it's still not working. i have prior knowledge of DTI, Resting data, T1/T2 e.t.c.
Any suggestion are welcome for DKI analysis.
Thanks for your time and consideration.

RE: DKI analysis.
Hi,
If you are using FSL you can extract the same b values (for eg. B1000) by fslroi, and merge it into one new image for each subject by fslmerge . Then it will be fine to calculate the eigenvalues by the new file.
Hope it helps!
