Nonfunctional dcm2nii.exe
Hello,
I have downloaded https://www.nitrc.org/projects/mricrogl/ and extract the folder in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
In order to convert DICOM to NIfTI, I double click on dcm2nii.exe. However, dcm2nii.exe remains nonfunctional. Nothing is opening up where I can drag and drop all the DICOM images.
Please find attached screen shot after extracting MRIcroGL for your kind reference.
Would you please help me in resolving the problem?
Thanks and regards,
Koustav

RE: Nonfunctional dcm2nii.exe
dcm2niix is a command line program, you can run it from the
terminal. On most Windows computers, pressing the Windows+R keys
will show you the command prompt. You can find details for using
dcm2niix here

If you want to use a graphical interface, you should run the MRIcroGL program, and choose "Convert DICOM to NIfTI" from the "Import" menu. This is described in the manual:
