Node or overlay transparency settings
Hi Chris,
is it possible to adjust the transparency of nodes or overlays in the same way as it is for the mesh?
The idea would be to set the transparency of a hippocampus overlay to 0.5 so electrode positions can be seen better.
All the best,
Luca

RE: Node or overlay transparency settings
Not possible with the current version. You could consolidate your
cortical and subcortical meshes as a single background mesh.

Does Surfice provide a solution for this? I have tried a few
things, but none of them worked.

Not that I know of. I would think a couple of calls
to readMz3.m and writeMz3.m could help you achieve this
goal

That is very helpful. Again, thank you for your work and thank you
