gPPI, whole brain functional matrix and graph theory
Hello,
Is gPPI a well-suited method to create whole-brain functional networks to run graph theory analysis?
In other words, is there a way to obtain a whole-brain symmetric connectivity matrix from gPPI analysis? And if so, would this new symmetric matrix be well suited to run community detection analysis using modularity maximization(with a null model for correlation matrices -i.e., Uniform null model)??
Thank you!
David
