Masking areas with 0 values
Hello Surf Ice team,
I loaded my gradient previously exported to nii.gz via NiBabel. The values are read just fine, although I can't find the option to mask the regions with 0 values. In my case, these are subcortical regions (in the screenshot). Could you guide me on this one?
Thank you in advance!

RE: Masking areas with 0 values
The solution is to load the same overlay twice, use one for your
positive range and the other for the negative range. This provides
complete control over the thresholds and colors for both the
positive and negative values.
The Scripting/Python/basic_paint_surface menu item illustrates the method.
