preprocessing of fMRI data
Hello everyone
I am studying for a master degree in biostatistics. I am currently doing an fMRI analysis. I am kind of new to this field. So my question may be basic but I would be truly grateful if you could clarify it for me.
I am using the public data (https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds000171/...). For my statistical analysis, I decrease the resolution of the data and attached them to the email. So when I want to preprocess new data with FSL software I get a warning message (from stat menu-> model setup ) that the tasks are collinearity. Is there a way to solve the problem?
Thank you for your time and consideration in advance.
All the best,
Fereshte

RE: preprocessing of fMRI data
I have not used FSL yet . However, ''alldata'' file resolution is
3.1*.3.1*4 but ''new_pic'' data resolution is 1*1*1. Maybe this
cause a problem.
