Hi

I tried to download FSL from debian site but it was not possible.
This is message error:

"Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package fsl-5.0-complete
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'fsl-5.0-complete'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'fsl-5.0-complete'"

as I have already written to you I downloaded FSL on ubuntu. (following the instructions in the FSL site). Is there a way to connect FSL to matlab so that nii_preprocess recognizes it?
